2013 Lake Champlain Maritime Festival Set for August 15-18

Now in its 7th year, the Lake Champlain Maritime Festival is a 3-day celebration of the lake, showcasing hundreds of exhibits throughout sites on the Burlington Waterfront (Burlington Boathouse, Perkins Pier, Spirit of Ethan Allen, Lake Champlain Ferries, Northern Lights Lake Champlain Cruises, US Coast Guard, Lake Champlain Community Sailing Center, ECHO Leahy Center, Burlington’s Waterfront Park and more).

Other Festival activities include: Lake Champlain Antique & Classic Boat Show on Saturday; ALS Silent Auction; Non-Profit Palooza; Pirate 5k Run/Walk; Stand Up for the Lake; Mission Possible; Dog Zone; Comedy Zone; free, daily music on multiple stages; four evening ticketed concerts, presented by Higher Ground (Black Crowes with the London Souls and (3) TBA); Kid Zone with free kids’ activities; international food court and crafts; beer tent; maritime exhibits and more!
