The 24th annual gathering of classic Friendship Sloop sailing vessels will take place this week, from July 21 to July 23, in Rockland, Maine.

During Friendship Sloop Days, Friendship owners and crews gather from all over the East Coast to celebrate, commemorate and race the famous style of gaff-rigged sloop that originated in the small coastal town of Friendship, Maine.

Races will be held outside Rockland Harbor.
