4 Rescued from Sinking Boat in Hyannis Harbor, MA

CapeCodOnline: Four people were plucked from Hyannis Harbor Saturday night when their cabin cruiser sank after taking on water, according to a spokesman from the Hyannis Fire Department.

The crew aboard the Hy-Line fast ferry the Lady Martha “deserve the credit” for rescuing the people, according to the Hyannis Fire Department. The captain aboard the ferry heard the marine radio chatter about the sinking vessel and was able to locate the four people, the fire department spokesman said.
