Barge Sinks in Boston Harbor

Boston.com: Environmental officials are in Boston Harbor investigating the sinking of a small barge that was moored at the Charlestown Marina when it sank, according to Boston police and the Coast Guard.
A Coast Guard spokeswoman said they were notified about the sinking of the barge around 1:14 a.m. She said the vessel carried about 20 gallons of diesel fuel and that a boom has been installed in the harbor to corral the fuel.
