Blackstone River Boat Tours Halted Due to Low Water

Providence Journal: New England’s ongoing drought may be causing problems for a riverboat tour on Rhode Island’s Blackstone River.

The Blackstone Valley Explorer tours have been delayed two weeks because the water levels are too low for the riverboat to operate safely, according to the riverboat’s website.
