Boat Sinks off Kelsey Island, CT

The New Haven Register reports that an 18’ boat with 6 people aboard sank after losing power and drifting into rocks off Kelsey Island in Branford, Connecticut, on Sunday afternoon [August 5].
The skipper and 5 passengers made it safely to shore and were eventually picked up by the Branford Fire Department.
