A brand-new, multi-million-dollar waterfront development project is underway in Chelsea, MA, that includes a complete renovation of the former Admiral’s Hill Marina.

The new marina, to be called the Marina at Admiral’s Hill, promises to be a state-of-the-art facility, designed to accommodate both powerboats and sailboats. The project is expected to be completed this spring, and a few slips are still available.

The marina will feature a cutting-edge dockage system, state-of-the-art electric and high-speed WiFi, free parking, on-shore amenities, and a wake-free experience, according to a release.

“This is an extraordinary opportunity for passionate boaters seeking quality, value, amenities and convenience, to get an outstanding marina experience, in a brand-new marina, at a price they will love,” says developer Kevin Saba.

The docks are designed to allow a visit to any slip from either gangway. Boaters can expect a welcome BBQ every Friday night during the summer in the BYOB tiki hut. Landside event space is available, complete with a kitchen, for get-togethers, game nights, and socializing inside during inclement weather.

Common Cove, a co-working space located beside the marina office, provides on-demand desk space and reliable WiFi for remote workers. Residential “Microlofts” above offer a place to stay on shore for visitors who do not wish to sleep aboard their vessels, and the nearby Mary O’Malley harbor view park offers walking/jogging trails, tennis courts, and places to picnic.

The docks can accommodate boats up to 70’ while the majority of boats are between 20’ and 40’ in length.
