Cape Cod Asst. Harbormaster May Face Ethics Review

CapeCodOnline: The town manager and police chief asked the State Ethics Commission last week to review abuse-of-power allegations against an assistant harbormaster, following a Feb. 1 meeting with several commercial fishermen.
Town Manager Sharon Lynn and Police Chief Jeff Jaran announced the decision to seek an independent review — beyond the bounds of town government — into allegations against Luis Ribas at a meeting Thursday of the Provincetown Public Pier Corporation.
