Coast Guard Museum to Reopen May 12

TheDay.com: The U.S. Coast Guard Museum [in New London, Connecticut] soon will reopen with a new look and rare artifacts that will be on display for the first time.

Housed at the Coast Guard Academy, the museum has been closed for nearly a year while asbestos was removed from the ceiling and the 4,000-square-foot space was reconfigured.
