East Haven, CT, Bait Shop Has New Owners

New Haven Register: When East Haven icon Frank Imperato met his untimely death in March 2006, just as he was about to reopen his provocatively named Main Street institution, Master Bait & Tackle, much of the world thought the name and the business were buried with him.

Well, guess what, world?

Master Bait & Tackle is back, with a hard-working new owner, Bob Bishop, new energy, plenty of help and a clientele that’s a mix of the same old fun-loving bunch, and a bunch of newer guys who seem to fit in just fine.
