Essex, MA, Marina Changes Hands

Newburyport News: The Essex Marina, the family-owned and operated full-service marina owned by the Lufkin family for more than 3 decades, has changed hands.
But the marina is not changing its focus, the new owners say.
The 26-acre property at 35 Dodge St., which also boasts a single-family home, has been acquired by Curt and Lindsay Bergeron of West Newbury for $2.4 million.
