OnTheWater.com is reporting that a 2 -pound bluegill taken in Spot Pond in Stoneham could set a new state record.
The outsized panfish was caught by 12-year-old John Aldorasi on Monday, August 26. The catch must be approved by state officials to qualify for a new record.
