The Province Journal reports that hundreds of anglers celebrated opening day of the Rhode Island trout season by fishing at the Arcadia Management Area in Exeter, Rhode Island.

Apparently, the chilly weather of Saturday, April 13, didn’t deter the fishermen—or the fish—at the 14,000-acre facility.
