GloucesterTimes.com: Gloucester’s waterfront, specifically its Inner Harbor, has long been an inspiration for artists, and that was especially the case on Saturday [June 14, 2014], when several painters set up their easels and took up their palettes along Harbor Loop.

The occasion was the North Shore Art Association’s “Paint Out,” sponsored by the NSAA and Maritime Gloucester, which hosted the event.
