Grant will Help CT Group Monitor Bacteria Sources

TheHour.com: Harbor Watch received a boost by the state [of Connecticut] this week in the form of a $38,165 grant to help with a project that will expand its shoreline tracking effort to assist in the elimination of bacteria sources identified in 2012.

Harbor Watch, which is based in Earthplace in Westport, has a mission of “restoring the biological integrety of Long Island Sound and its watershed.”
