Greenwich Dredge Material May be Dumped in Sound

TheHour.com: An official of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says dredged material from Greenwich Harbor [CT] can be dumped safely in a Long Island Sound disposal site, though more study is needed.
The Greenwich Time reports that Edward O’Donnell, chief of the navigation section for the corps’ New England District, says an initial review shows that the material can be disposed of in the Sound.
