Cape Cod Groups Look to Share Cost of Reducing Nitrogen Pollution

CapeCodOnline: Cape Cod is facing a costly bill of between $4 billion and $8 billion during the next several decades to reduce the flow of nutrients into the region’s bays and ponds.
How to accomplish that mission, however, has been a bone of contention between planners and citizens, many who argue that there are better, less expensive ways to address the problem than traditional sewer systems.
