Ice Fishermen Rescued from Andover, MA, Pond

Newburyport News: Two fishermen who fell through the ice on Field Pond [in Andover, MA] on Saturday [Jan.23] didn’t have much life left in them when firefighters finally pulled them out of the water.

Fire officials said Monday that one of the men was clinging to a piece of ice floating in the water, while the other man was clinging to the broken, jagged edge of the hole.
