Kittery Restaurant Dock Hits Snag

Seacoast Online: A revised application seeking a dock behind Captain & Patty’s restaurant [in Kittery, Maine] was so different from the original application that the town attorney advised the Kittery Port Authority chairman to delay a public hearing set for Thursday.

KPA Chairman John Carson called off the public hearing on an application for a 150’, $100,000 dock behind the Kittery Point eatery, putting in doubt whether it can be installed before summer.
