Large Great White Shark Spotted off Plymouth

Wicked Local Plymouth reports that a 15’ great white shark was spotted by a commercial lobsterman ½-mile off White Horse Beach on Saturday, July 16. The report was verified by Plymouth Harbormaster Chad Hunter.
After the report was received, lifeguards raised the red “no swimming” flag and attempted to clear the town-managed portions of White Horse, Plymouth and Long Beaches.
