MA Food Pantry Serves Poached Fish

The Massachusetts Environmental Police have made a practice of donating seized seafood — or seafood unable to be returned to the water — to social service agencies, such as food pantries, shelters, veterans organizations and the like.
According to an article on GloucesterTimes.com, The Open Door, a food pantry in Gloucester, Massachusetts, gets calls about a half-dozen times a year from authorities asking if they’re interested in a donation of fresh seafood.
