MA “Kids in Boating” Initiative Issues 2018 Grants

The Massachusetts Marine Trades Educational Trust (MMTET) is pleased to announce that their initiative KIDS in BOATING has distributed their 2018 grant awards. The KIDS in BOATING Initiative issued 16 grants this year totaling $13,100. The grants awarded ranged from $500 to $1,000.

Youth Group Church of the Holy Spirit

 

The KIDS in BOATING grant program is designed to financially support nonprofit youth programs in Massachusetts. The KIDS in BOATING committee felt these 16 groups shared a common goal of getting more kids on the water in a safe and smart manner and deserved to receive a grant to assist in achieving this goal. Over the last two years, our KIDS in Boating initiative has given out 27 grants totaling over $24,000.
