MA Lobstermen Hurt by Soft Shells

Wicked Local Marshfield: In abundance throughout the summer, lobsters have been all the rage at family events, community gatherings picnics and beachfront restaurants. While pleasing to diners and seafood aficionados, the ample supply of luxurious crustaceans poses challenges for fishing towns like Marshfield.
Massachusetts Lobstermen’s Association president and Marshfield resident Bill Adler says the current state of lobster supply and demand began with the mild winter and warmer than normal waters off the Canadian and New England coast.
