Three men were fined more than $1,500 after they were caught taking more than 200 shellfish and several illegally sized striped bass from contaminated tidal flats in Quincy, Massachusetts recently, according to an article on PatriotLedger.com.

The Massachusetts Environmental Police said the men were intercepted in a motorboat near the remains of the Long Island Bridge.
