Man in Wheelchair Rescued After Fall from Vineyard Haven Dock

Police and fire officials in Tisbury, MA, rescued a man in a wheelchair who fell into the water on Saturday morning, May 21, at Vineyard Haven’s Owen Park on Martha’s Vineyard. According to the Cape Cod Times, a bystander, along with police, EMS and fire officials, safely removed the man from the water.
