Man Rescued After Driving Car into Norwalk River

The Hour: Norwalk [CT] police and firefighters rescued a motorist from the Norwalk River Sunday [March 6] after his car smashed through a guard rail and plunged over a 40’ retaining wall.

At 1:24 a.m., the Norwalk police and fire departments responded to the intersection of Main and Wall Street for the report of a vehicular crash, police said.
