Man Rescued in Portland Harbor

Portland Press Herald: Portland [Maine] firefighters used ladders, ropes and a “Stokes” basket to hoist a man out of the water near the Ocean Gateway terminal late Tuesday night [April 30].

Police received a call at 11:30 p.m. that someone was yelling for help near the East End of the downtown waterfront.
