Marina at American Wharf Lease Transfer Approved

TheDay.com: The City Council on Monday unanimously approved the transfer of the lease for the Marina at American Wharf to a Massachusetts company, clearing the way for the scheduled Septemver 30 closing date on the company’s plan to purchase the marina.
Joyal Capital Management LLC announced in July it had entered into a contract to purchase the marina from the American Wharf Development Corp., owned by the estate of founder Ronald Aliano, for $750,000 under the name JCM Norwich Marina Acquisitions LLC.
