The wooden replica ship Mayflower II began her journey from Plymouth Harbor, MA, to Mystic, CT, for a major overhaul.

The ship departed Plymouth at 2:15 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12, pulled by the tugboat Jaguar. After an overnight stay in New Bedford, she traveled to New London and arrived in Mystic, Connecticut, on Sunday. The Mayflower II will undergo repairs at Mystic Seaport, and is expected to return to Plymouth in late May 2015.
