Mooring Controversy in Jamestown, RI

Jamestown Press: [Jamestown, RI] Harbormaster Sam Paterson came under fire last week when Beacon Avenue resident Pio Moretti accused him of having a conflict of interest.
Moretti also chastised the Harbor Management Commission for allowing Paterson to wear 2 caps, offering his services privately as a certified mooring installer and also inspecting the moorings as a town official.
