NASA Ships Leave Portsmouth, NH, for Launch

SeacoastOnline: The Liberty Star and Freedom Star left the Port of New Hampshire early Tuesday morning, headed out to sea on May 16 for this weekend’s historic SpaceX launch, said officials from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Both NASA ships left port around 8:00 a.m. and will head to different support locations in the North Atlantic to help document the upcoming space mission, according to Kathy Barnstorff, media relations specialist for NASA.
