New Boat: Parker 23 SE
By Tom Richardson on June 2, 2016
Parker‘s 23 SE (Special Edition) has a great reputation as a stripped-down guide skiff for fly and light-tackle fishing. After all, it’s able, stable, sturdy, roomy, and efficient with moderate power (singe 150-200-hp outboard, top speed around 40 mph, cruise in the upper 20s). For 2016, though, the company offers several options to make this iconic skiff more family-friendly.
These include a large console with head; a T-top with electronic box, rocket launcher, and side curtains; a leaning post mounted on a live well; a bow deck with storage beneath; and a choice of 6 Carolina-style hull colors.
High style on a Parker? You bet!
