Cape Cod Times: A Wellfleet [MA] kitesurfer has pulled off her quest for more air over the Cape’s outermost shores with a new National Park Service rule announced Monday [March 6]. But although Holly Kuhn is grateful for the accommodation, she said she wanted more of the Atlantic beaches opened to her sport.
“One-and-three-quarters miles is actually a nice little area for us,” Kuhn said of the announcement that an area north of Coast Guard Beach in Eastham would be open for kitesurfing starting March 15. “I’m pretty happy about that.”
