The newly formed Seacoast Paddleboard Club based in Portsmouth, NH, will organize group paddles, competitions, fundraising events and camaraderie among paddleboarders of all ages and skill levels.

The club is focused on uniting the local paddleboard community through organized events, while also raising support for the Blue Ocean Society and the Piscataqua Region Estuaries Partnership.

Community paddles will be held every Tuesday night and Sunday morning, starting mid-May. Tuesday night “buoy battles” will involve one-and two-mile sprints on paddleboards, during which boarders can sharpen their racing skills.

Members receive a decal and card that entitles them to discounts with sponsors, including Jetty, 27 North, Kittery Trading Post and The Shack Surf Shop.
