Burlington Free Press: The Burlington Fire Department on Monday [April 21] rescued 3 men from Lake Champlain after their canoe tipped over in the frigid water.
At about 7:50 p.m., firefighters responded to the area of Lakeside and Wright Avenues in the city’s South End. Residents called 911 after hearing the boaters in distress.
