Stamford Advocate: The boater killed in a July 22  accident in Stamford Harbor [Connecticut] was more than 3 times over the legal blood alcohol limit when he slammed into the east seawall.
The findings of a state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection investigation into the cause of the fatal boating accident released Wednesday [December 12] determined that Keith Morris, 30, had a blood alcohol content of 0.25%. The legal limit in Connecticut is 0.08%.
