Officials in Bristol, Rhode Island, may soon require all boats to have insurance, according to an article on EastBayRI.com.
The Bristol Harbor Commission is considering the requirement after a commercial fishing vessel struck and damaged a wooden ladder on the newly refurbished State Street dock. However, some commercial fishermen are questioning the proposal.
