CapeCodOnline: Rescuers spent more than 2 hours Sunday night [September 8] along Sandy Neck searching for a missing boater who eventually walked up to his wife’s car at Blish Point, according to Barnstable fire Capt. Rick Pfautz.
The man had initially launched his 15’ aluminum boat from Blish Point but his wife called police and the Coast Guard at 9:26 p.m. to report that he was overdue by about 90 minutes after she had talked with him when he was near Scorton Creek in Sandwich.
