CapeCodOnline: The Conservation Law Foundation has filed its third lawsuit in as many years against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over Cape Cod’s wastewater management plans.
The suit filed last week revisits the same arguments that were part of a previous lawsuit dismissed in August  by U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf because he said the environmental organization had failed to demonstrate standing.
