It has been 2 months since Chatham, Massachusetts Harbormaster Stuart Smith was placed on paid administrative leave, and yet there is still no word on what he has been charged with or the status of the investigation into his conduct on the job, according to an article in the Cape Cod Times.
Police Chief Mark Pawlina, who was in charge of the investigation, declined comment Wednesday [February 19, 2014], saying it was a personnel matter.
