After months of fierce debate, a developer has withdrawn a proposal to build a 6-acre boatyard in Stamford, Connecticut, according to an article on StamfordAdvocate.com.
Building and Land Technology representatives withdrew the controversial license agreement Tuesday (October 1, 2013) before the Stamford Planning Board was expected to vote on it, saying they wanted more time to work with city officials to build a consensus.
