A new website called Surging Seas features an interactive map of coastal areas around the country and shows how their geography would be affected by various amounts of sea-level rise.
Users can use the sea-level tool to dial in amounts ranging from 1’ to 10’ to see what the coast would look like under different scenarios.
The map pages show threats from sea level rise and storm surge to all 3000+ coastal towns, cities, counties and states in the Lower 48.
Visit the site Surging Seas to access the map.
