TheHour.com: The Island Belle, a 110’ Mississippi paddleboat that broke loose from the Visitors Docks at Veterans Memorial Park during Hurricane Sandy, returned to Norwalk Harbor over the weekend.
Ken Hart, owner of Sound Charter Group, which operates the Island Belle, said the vessel is in Norwalk for maintenance. He hopes to bring it back to Norwalk permanently.
