A court case that could determine whether the public has the right to use a section of Rexhame Beach in Marshfield, Massachusetts, is finally before a judge, according to an article in the Patriot Ledger.
Residents of Rexhame Terrace are seeking legal action to block access to the beach by other nearby residents who say the stretch of sand has been open to their families for decades.
