TheHour.com: Tony Carlo is hoping for a miracle.
The commercial fisherman and owner of Norwalk’s TNT Lobster has been struggling to pull in a profit over the past 13 years due to a blight that has all but destroyed his livelihood and industry.
On Monday [June 24], Carlo began to see the light at the end of the tunnel as State Senators Bob Duff and Carlo Leone discussed new legislation at a press conference at Darien Seafood to curtail the usage of pesticides, which Carlo and other lobstermen blame for the demise of the business.
