A Maine diver who was cleaning the bottom of a boat was found dead Sunday (August 4, 2013) in Rockland Harbor, according to an article in the Bangor Daily News.
The victim, 71-year-old James Stormes of South Bristol, was hired by the crew of the private yacht Tats, which hails from the Cayman Islands, to clean the bottom of the boat. He had gone underwater with a wetsuit and scuba gear, but did not surface when expected.
