Greenwich Time: A proposal to make all [Greenwich, Connecticut] town boaters pay a $100 fee has drawn a mixed response from boaters.

John Sanna, head of the Harbor Management Advisory Committee, which is backing the fee, said having everyone pay the fee that now only applies to about 700 boaters will help raise money for dredging.
