New Haven Register: Those with an interest in the continued vitality of New Haven Harbor got together Friday [February 7] to celebrate the near-completion of an $8.6 million dredging project that will restore the harbor channel to its full usable depth for the first time in a decade.
“We’re nearing completion of the dredging,” said U.S. Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-3, flanked at Lenny & Joe’s Fish Tale at Long Wharf by representatives of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Port Authority of New Haven and harbor industries.
