The Progressive Insurance Norwalk Boat Show welcomes visitors and local residents to the water with hundreds of boats, interactive features and family fun at Norwalk Cove Marina on September 19-22, 2013.
The event offers a 1-stop destination for visitors to check out the newest boats and marine accessories, brush up on boating education, and enjoy the boating lifestyle through on-the-water adventures.
See, board, and compare hundreds of new boats ranging from 13’ to 80’. Buyers buy can find some of the best deals of the season with exclusive show specials and competitive bargains on hundreds of luxury motor and sailing yachts, sportfishers, performance boats and sailboats, plus the largest selection of marine accessories.

- Check out the famous Miss GEICO race boat (a catamaran that reaches speeds of 180 mph!) before heading to the Water Club Lounge to relax and unwind.
- The show’s educational opportunities are unparalleled. Boaters of all experience levels can take advantage of on-the-water workshops at Discover Boating’s Hands-On-Skill Training series. Attendees can also participate in daily on-land seminars covering a variety of topics including DIY sessions at Fred’s Shed, plus enjoy free powerboat and sailboat rides on Long Island Sound.
- Take a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) or kayaking tour, enroll in SUP yoga classes and take a test ride on Sealegs amphibious boat, which transforms from an all-terrain vehicle to an ocean-going powerboat at the push of a button. Register early to reserve a space; changing rooms and towels provided.
- Fun for the Little Skippers. Kids can build a nautical masterpiece at the Toy Boat Building tent, get their feet wet navigating a mini-lake in their own paddleboat, transform their persona with face painting, plus meet and take photos with Dora the Explorer.
