TheHour.com: The [Norwalk, Connecticut] Common Council on Tuesday night [April 9] approved a nearly $19.7 million capital budget to pave roads, fix municipal buildings and repair the Hurricane Sandy-damaged jetty, seawall and fishing pier at Calf Pasture Beach.
“Thousands of people use it. It’s a fixture at the beach,” Director of Recreation and Parks Michael A. Mocciae told The Hour. “So many people walk it, jog it, fish. It’s one of the popular attractions.”
